Update: Timber Block Model Home Locations, Sales Centers, and Appointments
Following the Quebec provincial government’s recent announcement, our Quebec Sales offices and model homes will re-open Monday, February 8.
The factory and construction site work is operating at its normal schedule.
Visitors will be asked to take the proper precautions related to COVID during any visits. To see our Quebec locations, along with hours of operation, CLICK HERE.

Following the Ontario provincial government’s recent announcement, our Innisfil sales office and model homes will remain closed until further notice. Visits to the model home locations will be by appointment only. Phone and virtual meetings will be available during this time.
Please note that on-site construction in Ontario will remain opened and your project manager will remain available.

Update: Timber Block Model Home Locations, Sales Centers, and Appointments
Following the Quebec provincial government’s recent announcement, our Quebec Sales offices and model homes will be closed for in-person visits from December 24, 2020 until January 10, 2021. However, we are offering complimentary phone and virtual appointments with our Home Consultants from each location.
The factory and construction site work and will continue with the current schedule, and will remain operations during this period.
Update: Timber Block Ontario location
Following the Ontario provincial government’s recent announcement, our Innisfil sales office and model homes will close effective December 26, 2020 and will remain closed until January 23, 2021. Visits to the model home locations will be by appointment only. Phone and virtual meetings will be available during this time.
Please note that on-site construction in Ontario will remain opened and your project manager will remain available.

As announced by local governments, we are happy to share with you that our Connelly Springs, North Carolina model home will re-open Saturday, May 9, 2020. Our Granby, Quebec model home location will re-open Monday, May 11, 2020. See our Find a Model Home Near You section to see specific hours.
Our production facility remains open as an essential service.

All our other sales offices; Mascouche, Mirabel and Innisfil model homes will remain closed until further notice.
