# Timber Block North Carolina to Host a Special Fall Event

- [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share)

Fall - for many - is the most beautiful season of the year.  For us, while we love our model homes in any season, autumn has a special place in our hearts. The team at Timber Block North Carolina is busy decorating our Denver for fall...and if you've ever been to visit us in Connelly Springs, you know it will be something to see.

We are hosting a special [fall event](https://info.timberblock.com/nc-fall-event-social) later this month, to help those looking to build a home - now, or later. Coming up on Saturday, October 27 from 10-4, our experts will be on hand to answer any questions our visitors may have, with a special presentation from National Project Manager Curtis McCurry. Happening at 11 am and again at 1 pm, Curtis will cover several topics related to building your own home, the benefits of building a Timber Block home, the design, production and building process you can expect, finding land, how to ensure you have a reputable builder, obtaining a construction loan and more.

We encourage anyone attending to be prepared to ask any questions you have, as you can expect to walk away with answers!

Our Connelly Springs, North Carolina location features a 3000 square foot Denver model home. If building a home is in your future, this is the perfect opportunity to have an up close look at the [Timber Block construction](https://info.timberblock.com/nc-fall-event-social). You'll be able to picture exactly what your dream home can look like!

Registration is encouraged, as space is limited, and we want to be sure you get your spot! Register below, and join us for an exciting, informational and fun fall event.

**About Timber Block**

Timber Block has been designing and building homes for over 40 years. [The Timber Block system](https://blog.timberblock.com/technology-prefab-panelized-wood) is a patented product, utilizing an insulation injection process that results in walls with an up to R value of 36. Our homes do not settle or check thanks to our drying process (8-10% moisture content), can be delivered all over the world, and are a favorite among builders in Canada and the USA, (and beyond!) thanks to the ease of assembly. We believe in [sustainability](https://blog.timberblock.com/timber-block-sustainability-custom-home) and building green. We only partner with those in the industry who share our beliefs. We have a Construction Concierge Service that is over the top. We've added in a 15 Year Finish Warranty and so much more. Join us on Saturday, October 27 and find out how easy it is to get started on your homebuilding journey.

Can't make it? That's okay, you can fill out the form below, and we'll be sure to set up a 1 on 1 with you, in person, over the phone or via email.
